At A2O we understand what Inclusion means in the widest sense, and our Inclusion Policy incorporates the rights of children and young people, parents/ carers, students and all staff.  It is the aim of all the A2O nurseries to provide quality care and education for all children, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or competence in English.

Privacy Notice

Acorns2Oaks Ltd (A2O) processes personal information about the individuals that access their services and Centres, and is a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.

A2O takes the privacy of its service users seriously.  Personal information held will   only be used for the purpose of which it was obtained, and not shared with any third party, unless dictated by law or legislation.

Information is held securely and confidentially and can only be accessed by authorised personnel.  Some information is retained in line with legislative guidelines, before being securely disposed of/deleted from electronic systems.

Our Data Protection policy details in full our procedures and retention periods, and is available from our website (www.acorns2oaks.net) or the Executive Suite at the Peppermint Centre.

If you wish to see a copy of any information held by us about you, please contact our Executive Office.  Should you have any concerns with the manner in which we process you information, you have the right to ask the Information Commissioner to assess our compliance (ICO.org.uk).

Our recent annual inspection rated us 5, which means the hygiene standards are very good and comply with the law.
